A few of the definitions
- Natural Language Processing (NLP): a branch of AI that helps computers understand, interpret and manipulate human language, used in marketing for chatbots and sentiment analysis.
- Predictive Analytics: the use of data, statistical algorithms and machine learning to identify the likelihood of future outcomes based on historical data.
- Omnichannel Marketing: a multichannel approach where the customer gets the same experience and history on every channel, so nobody has to repeat themselves.
