Data

Property data with the pull date on it.

Parcel files, absentee owner lists, a parcel map and a skip tracer that publishes its own accuracy. Everything here is pulled from the source and dated, which no data broker in this category does.

County parcel file

Every parcel in one county with owner name, mailing address, property address, acreage and assessed value, pulled straight from the county roll, with the pull date printed on the page.

$199 a county in Florida, $1,500 the state. New Jersey $99 a municipality or $249 a county. Connecticut $149 a town. Vermont $99 a town, $499 the state.
GetParcelData charges $199 a county and Regrid $100 to $200; neither prints a pull date.

Try it in a minute: Open any county page and read the pull date and source before you pay.

Delivery: CSV emailed the same day; the order is watched hourly.

Absentee owner list

Only the parcels whose owner gets mail somewhere other than the property, cut from the same county file.

Priced per county on the county page; New Jersey counts are mailing-address only, said so on the page.
PropStream exports at 10 to 12 cents a contact on a $99 to $199 monthly plan.

Try it in a minute: The New Jersey coverage table shows the absentee count for every municipality.

Delivery: CSV emailed the same day.

Free beta

Fusion Trace

Skip tracing with the accuracy number published instead of promised: the current right-party rate on a 200-subject benchmark is on the accuracy page.

Free while in beta. It will be priced per hit when the measured rate earns it; REISkip charges $0.15 a match and PropStream 12 cents a contact.
No competitor publishes a measured right-party rate.

Try it in a minute: Run one trace and read the dossier.

Delivery: Instant, on the page.

Custom data work

Harvest, normalize and deliver a public dataset you name: parcel rolls, licensing boards, court calendars, permit feeds.

Quoted from the source. The four-state parcel corpus above was built in a weekend.
A data broker sells you their file; we build you the pipeline and you keep it.

Try it in a minute: Read how the parcel corpus was built on the store's method page.

Delivery: Scoped on a call; deposit through the white-label link.

Comparison prices are the vendors' own published prices as of September 2026. Fusion Trace stays free until its measured right-party rate justifies a price; the number is on its accuracy page, not in a headline.
